The motto at the Creative Hands Club (CHC) is "Creativity is contagious, pass it on!"
CHC typically focuses on various forms of hands-on artistic expressions and encourages members to teach, learn and share their talents with other members of the Club.
The IWA Creative Hands Club (CHC) reaches out to all the talented members of IWA to teach different art forms to other members like fabric painting, kerala mural painting, mandala dot art, kasutikala, salad carving, rangoli, box decoration, and flower arrangement.
CHC also taken an active part in outreach projects like the henna workshop @ H.O.M.E, a collaboration with SINDA for “Project Give”, and soap scraping with Soap Cycling Singapore. CHC sets up the photo booth for the IWA Summer Bazaar and Festive Bazaar and has created the rangoli for the Indian High Commission’s Republic Day celebrations over the last few years.
CHC plans to conduct many more hands-on activities and outreach programs for the members and their guests in the upcoming year. It is delightful to see beautiful artwork created by our dear friends. We cherish and encourage the artistic streak in all.
So, find an art shop close to your home, and let your creative juices flow…
